Best Method to Clean Your House

You will never feel cleaning your house is a massive chore if you follow my tip below. This is my own tried and tested method. It works superbly and makes me feel great as I always come into our home knowing and feeling it is always clean.

Can you spare just 15 minutes a day? If YES, then you will love this tip.

The 15 Minutes Method

If you just allocate 15 minutes per day to clean or tidy ONLY one area of your home, (minus cleaning after using an area), your home will always be sparkling and spotless.

The 15 minutes becomes an enjoyable task because you will know it’s not going to take you very long, but one part of your home will be sparkling.

If the method is applied as I’m suggesting then on a weekly basis (7 days) 7 parts or areas of your home will be looking dashing. It will not tire or bore you – actually it gets enjoyable 🙂

If you have kids or pets, you may need to clean the area they’ve used or been into, but that shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes a day. Happy sparkling.

How to Maximise the Benefits of Eating Fruits?

We are brought up to….?

Most of us have been brought up eating fruits AFTER a meal.

The question is….is that a Good habit or a Bad habit?

What happens if you eat fruit after your meal?

If you eat fruits AFTER your meal then it is not only toxic and bad for your health but you are also wasting the valuable nutrients the fruits have to offer.

If you eat fruits after meal on a full stomach, the fruits tend to digest quicker and therefore pushes down rest of the food, which is not ready to digest yet!

As a result of that all the food tend to rotten and create a very toxic stomach!

When should we eat our fruits?

So the best time to eat fruits is BEFORE a meal on an empty stomach to maximise the nutrition and antioxidant properties. This will allow the fruit to digest quickly before putting your meal in your stomach.

Hence, enabling the fruit and your meal to digest in a systematic order and getting the full benefits from your fruits and then your meal, without the risk of any toxic activity taking place.

What to do When You Have Dry, Chopped and Tingling Lips

What to do when you have dry, chopped and tingling lips that you can’t stop licking.

I experienced this very same scenario a couple of years ago. I tried many things that I knew and researched about it, but nothing worked.

I got to a point when my lips were so sore and I was finding it difficult to talk!

Got NO Help!

My GP was not recommending me anything effective so I had to go to Accident and emergency! No serious treatment was given there either as I expected.

Found the Solution by CHANCE

I was fed up and popped into my local ‘The Body Shop’ and asked the shop assistant for some advice. She kindly showed me some lip butter. I picked one up and bought it, but I was thinking it might be same as the rest of the treatments I had.

I took the lip butter home and put it on my lips. Straightaway I started to feel the tight and tingling sensation from my lips were slowly fading away.

I felt good!

So I applied the lip butter again at night time before bedtime. What a relief it was in the morning. I felt my usual self was back. I was in a good mood after a long time.
