Health Benefits of Bananas for Your Teeth

Brushing your teeth is good, but eating bananas is even better for your teeth!

The reasons are:

  • bananas are packed with potassium
  • magnesium
  • copper
  • vitamin B6
  • vitamin C

Which are excellent for you teeth and gums’ health.

Despite the sugar content in the banana, it doesn’t stick to your teeth to cause the tooth to decay.

Banana Skin

The banana skin can also be rubbed on your teeth to whiten your teeth.

    • Hi Joe,

Thanks you for your feedback. Here is a super quick, tasty and guilt free banana dessert recipe:
      1. Blend a couple of bananas with a few pitted dates until smooth.
      2. Place some cupcake cases in a cupcake baking tray and pour the mixture in the cupcake cases as you would do when baking cupcakes.
      3. Freeze for couple of hours before indulging into them.
Tip: you can also add some milk if you want for extra richness.

      Hope you enjoy it 🙂
