Most Effective Carrot and Ginger Juice Ever

What are the Benefits?

This quick and simple recipe helps with bloated stomach (and burns stomach fat in some cases!). It gives you instant energy and mental clarity, and even helps manage your hangover! This is why I call it the:

“Most Effective Carrot and Ginger Juice Ever”!

All you need is:

  • 3 medium to large sized peeled carrots (preferably organic)
  • a thumb size piece of peeled ginger

Juice, both ingredients together in a juicer and drink the juice on empty stomach half an hour before breakfast.

  1. I love carrot and ginger juice. I feel it is a lifesaving juice. I’ve been drinking it almost every day for the two weeks to decrease the growth of cancer in my liver.

    It’s working, and I feel great. Before I felt tired, but now I feel amazing and rejuvenated with energy.

  2. This looks yummy! I’ve also tried these two ingredients with an orange too! Or you can just use orange juice. I need to get back into juicing. I’ll be back for more recipes! 🙂

    1. Dear Micah Kelly. Yes you’re right you can pair the ginger with whatever fruit or vegetable you like. Personally, we always had it as ginger and carrot juice. All the best
