Pineapple and Cream Dessert

Quick and Simple Dessert using Pineapple & Cream

This yummy, delicious, ‘kind of healthy’ and simple dessert or a snack recipe can take only 5 minutes or less to prepare.

You need only 2 ingredients:

  1. Tinned pineapple 250g (or fresh)
  2. 150ml of double cream (or single if you’re very health conscious)

Method:

  1. Cut the pineapple chunks into smaller pieces
  2. mix the double cream in the pineapple
  3. Place it in the fridge for few minutes, to allow it to set

Voila! (done) – ENJOY 🙂

Your simple and delicious snack or dessert is ready to satisfy your sugar cravings in a healthier way.

  1. I actully came across this today and showed my daughter, she was very excited. I had the ingredients in the fridge and she made it as a lunch time snack for her and her brother. It’s definalty tasty and I would make it again. Thanks for sharing.

    This is a very delicious recipe. It is also amazing because it is quick. I do similar desserts with other fruit such as cherries or mixed fruit. It is also healthy and gives energy.

  4. Man, this looks easy and good, gonna have to try it. The best part is it’s not crazy unhealthy so I can handle it no problem. I Just need to stay under 1,600 calories. Not Bad!

      • Hey Rani. That sure is propably the easiers dessert I have ever seen. My husband is a HUGE lover for whipped cream. He wil deffinitely like this dessert. I am lactose intollerant unfortunately so i would be able to make this with coconut cream. Thank you

  8. This combination makes sense. It offers the vitamin C and magnesium from the pineapple. There is also beneficial dairy protein. So, it is a good and fast snack option!
