Secret Formula to Happiness

How to get instant happiness?

My Tried and Tested Formula:

Look into the mirror and smile – give yourself a massive smile.

As your subconscious mind cannot differentiate between real and fake, it will take it as a moment of happiness, which will release a happy hormone in your brain called endorphins and serotonin.

Endorphins is a natural painkiller and serotonin is an antidepressant.

Smiling reduces stress and boosts your immune system. This positive impact can be measured with your blood pressure monitor as you smile.

Keep smiling – the more you smile, the more you are going to attract moments to smiles for! 🙂

All the best 🙂

    • You are spot on there Jesse. Our state of mind has a massive influence on how we see the world. If we are happy then everything looks amazing, positive and worth living for. So I request all of you (including myself) to please please find things that truly make you happy, like I mean spontaneous happy! If you are happy and content then not only you will enjoy life but you will be able to serve your loved ones better as well and ultimately live the life you intended to live – peaceful and happy from within. Just spread the happiness like a disease lol. Lots of love

  4. Hi Rani.
    This is so true.
Where we live the weather plays a big part in people smiling. We have summer days that are bright and last “forever” BUT winter days are dark and short.
During the winter here smiling and laughing are more important and I am positive that you are right – A big smile does just make things and yourself feel better!
