Homemade cleaning spray
This super easy cleaning spray solution has plenty of health and environmental benefits. By using the shop bought cleaning sprays you are not only absorbing them into your skin but inhaling the chemicals into your lungs, which results in breathing problems in you and the people around you, such as Asthma, even if you are using them as little as once a week!
My own formula/solution
This is my own tried and tested formula and it works wonders on all the surfaces and places (including the glass and mirrors) in the house. I don’t tend to buy cleaning sprays from the supermarkets anymore.
Interested to know what it is? If yes then carry on reading, as I will show you how quickly, actually within seconds you can make up this solution using the stuff you most likely already have in your kitchen.
What are the Benefits?
The benefits are so vast you’ll be surprised. We don’t stop and think about these benefits, so here are a few:
- Clean environment – shop bought cleaning products are full of dangerous chemicals which is instantly released into the surroundings around you. My formula is chemical free.
- Healthy for your skin and lungs – my formula will not harm your skin as no nasty chemicals will be absorbed or inhaled.
- Very cheap – it will literally cost you a fraction of the price compared to the shop bought cleaning sprays.
- Reduce plastic usage – re-using spray bottles also helps reduce plastic usage, which is friendlier for our global environment.
So let’s get on with the actual making of the cleaning spray:
All you need is:
500ml of tap water
3-4 drops of washing up dish soap or a fairy liquid
3tbs of distilled white vinegar
Mix all the ingredients together, put the solution in a spray bottle, shake gently and get cleaning!
All the best to you for your chemical free cleaning.
